Refund Policy

At Gulf Essentials , customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Customized or promotional items may also be non-returnable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at gulfessentials.shop@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
